Message From The Founder
I went to visit Kenya in September 2015. I had lunch with the GPOC staff members and the children on September 20th when I gave clothes to the children and we toured the construction site for the future home for GPOC children. There is a lot of progress with the construction and the building is now awaiting the roofing. We give all the Glory to God who has brought this far and will see us through all the stages. We are trusting God for $28,000 to put up the roof, buy furniture, beds etc.
The home has 32 bedrooms. We currently have 125 children and the plan is to have 8 children per room. We will need 60 double decker beds, beddings, blankets, and towels to go with them. Other items that will be need will be chairs and tables in the dinning.
We will have a health clinic and a new beginners learning center for which we will need supply and stationary. Your support is highly appreciated.

BUILDING PROJECT
We have a couple of projects we are undertaking aligned with our vision and long-term goals. Currently a 2-story building project is underway,a center they can call home. It will have cubicles with beds, a kitchen, dinner, common rooms and offices.
In addition, there will be a health clinic on the premises for basic treatments and checkups run by a qualified Nurse and A Doctor. We started with 12 kids and now we have 92 children aged 2-18 years thus the expansion.
This being the biggest project we’ve had since the foundation was launched, we are shy of our target by USD 34,010.00 to completion and later furnish prior to occupancy. The stated amount will go towards purchase and acquisition of;400 bags of cement, 32 windows, 32 doors, Beds and beddings and complete furnish.
In addition, there will be a health clinic on the premises for basic treatments and checkups run by a qualified Nurse and A Doctor. We started with 12 kids and now we have 92 children aged 2-18 years thus the expansion.

School fees Budget
The second phase will see the purchase of shoes, uniforms, bag packs and books. They walk to nearby schools 2-5 Kilometers every day for their studies. In future will buy a van to pick and drop them off school. And in 1or 2 year will built an elementary school within our property to ease the expenses on early education.

Feeding program
This the most tasked area that we cannot fail to provide for the kids. With some of the students in boarding school it reduced our expenditure of food, drinks and other necessities for survival. Our monthly budget is USD. 4,935 - 6,300, this varies depending o the cost of items and also the number of kids whereby its high on holidays.
