With a donation of $200.00, you can sponsor a child through one year of primary education. That’s as little as 55 cents a day! This includes uniforms, lunch, books, school supplies and educational day trips. AS for high school students it depennts with the schools for instance the public school tution fees falls between $500-$750 per year excluding personal items. private will be slightly more, between $700to $1000 per year, high cost private is $1,500 per term. International schools charge over $3,000 per term. There are 3 terms in a year.

School Sponsorship Program
Boarding school programs are a safe and effective way for a child to educate themselves. With your generous donation you can sponsor a needy child to go to a boarding school for a year. Sponsors of students will be able to write and receive letters from their sponsored student. These letters will be written by children themselves and will not be corrected or changed by anyone and will be sealed by the children. Letters received from sponsors to children will only be opened by the child and not counselors. Sponsors will be allowed to communicate with l the child at any time with privacy when they are on scholl breaks/holidays.
Emmanuel Inyangala and Michael Mukambi are brothers whose lives became a nightmare when their father became ill a few years ago. Their father was not able to provide for them anymore, while he struggled with his long illness. They come from a small town in Western Province of Kenya called Khwisero. They had different mothers and Samuel’s Mom passed away five years ago. Their father died on 16th of May 2009, the day Grace and Peace Orphanage Centre was being launched. Their father was all they had and the three shared a small hut that was almost empty. They have been going to school hungry and sometimes going for days without food. They had nobody to rely on and life has been really hard on them.
Mama Peris Rosemary Manyasi, the Founder of Grace and Peace Orphanage Centre after learning of these children situation made it her cause to help them. She has been providing them with food, clothes and shelter since their relatives are not able to support them. They are now both under her care. Mama Peris and the family of Grace and Peace Orphanage have found an alternative livelihood for the two brothers as well as immediate intervention in providing the basic needs to these orphans. Grace and Peace Orphanage Centre have identified many of these cases and some have benefited from this project while other waits eagerly for their chance.
