The purpose of this Organization is dedicated to improve the quality of life for disadvantaged children and families in African and other underdeveloped nations through direct service and funding of the development and operations of orphanages, schools, refugee camps, food distribution, delivery of medical assistance, and economic and business development programs and such other programs and activities consistent within the mission of our organization.
Our mission is to reduce the suffering of those less fortunate, especially the millions of children that are homeless in the more remote and tragic areas. Thousands die every day from diseases and starvation after losing their parents to HIV.
Grace and Peace Orphanage Centre’s vision is to make a difference in these children's lives by building orphanages that include small schools. The needs are massive and in a state of emergency, which continues to grow.
Right now in Kenya, all regions of the country are overwhelmed by poverty. Most of the population is becoming frustrated, desperate, and with no faith or hope.
The vast majority of the youth have no skills or job experience to enable them to be employed. This results in drug addictions, robbery, and prostitution. Africa has deep wounds, many of which were inherited from one generation to another. Those wounds, caused by slavery, colonialism and ethnic wars have resulted in poverty, bitterness, diseases, and ignorance.
